Prologue

Hi.

My name's Vic. I've never written the story of my life before, so bear with me here as I get warmed up.

Since I was a little kid, I've always known that there was more to the world that met the eye. Once I got into high school, this was further proven to me.

In short, I was abducted.

But not by your usual garden-variety aliens. I mean, they weren't even from space. I was "kidnapped" by a clan (I couldn't think of anything else to call them) of, well, you could call them "mutants." This "clan" lives just outside the boundaries of my hometown- Rader, Canada.

Their original plan was to kill me- I'd learned of their secret and therefore had to be dealt with. But, due to the supposed mercy of one of the members, I was simply taken hostage.

So, that's pretty much where I am now. These guys really aren't so bad- the only thing I really miss is my laptop.

So, now that you know my back story, I may as well get into the action.
